3/10-19/10
We just had a really nice roadtrip to Copenhagen with Snigel. We took a long weekend there to have a look at houseboats. It was very nice and we got a lot of inspiration by all the different types of boats.
On our way back we found an ad for a bathtub that someone was selling. We’ve been talking about that we want one and went to have a look. It was the perfect one for us so we couldn’t resist. So now Vilde has a massage bathtub!

We’ve received our plasma cutter that we ordered!

We’ve been trying to figure out the design for the two flats that we want to build downstairs. Luckily Mike is very good with SketchUp. He has made a drawing of Vilde with the right measurements so now it’s a lot easier to move things around and make different layouts.
This far we’ve made about ten different 🙂 slowly getting closer to the perfect one!

Mike’s mum arrived today. It’s the first time she’s here on Vilde and she liked it very much. We’ve had some really nice days with a lot of good food, playing poker and Yatzy and just hanging out.
The last day it was lovely weather so we drove to Ramberget which is a viewing point where you can see most of Gothenburg and had a picnic there. After that we drove to Majorna and went to see the penguins and seals in Slottsskogen.
It’s been really nice to have her here!

Mike has built a new gangplank! Now it feels safe to walk there, it looks really nice too!

It’s well needed now that we’re starting the project.

He’s tried the plasma cutter and made a Welcome and Vilde sign.

When I’ve been working at the kindergarten Mike has made the flat layout downstairs with boards and tape just to see that everything works. It looks very good!
